Edie Coupe, President of Edie Coupe & Company, founded the company in 2002 after the birth of her first child. Her company originally introduced Pee-A-Boo Baby, a line of breathable nursing and baby covers. In 2007, the company introduced their LOVEE COVEE line which includes eco-friendly nursing covers and baby blankets made with beautiful, luxurious and understanded bamboo fabric.
Edie is a native Californian whose experience in the fashion industry as well as teaching and tutoring young children was instrumental in the genesis of her company. While working in the fashion industry, Edie realized the importance of using fabric that was beautiful and of the finest quality which she incorporates into her products. After working with small children, she recognized the importance of protecting and nurturing these little beings, which also played a major role in her starting the company and creating their LOVEE COVEE line of versatile, eco-friendly products that nurture and protect our babies and our planet. Edie and her husband, Doug, now reside on the coast of South Carolina with their two children. |
